About Us
Growing up, Kathy knew she was going to do the same job her Father, Jack, was doing. Jack Keegan owned and operated Jack’s Auto and License Service at 1225 Main Street Honesdale since 1973 until his death in 2000.
Kathy left college in 1984 to work with her Father when her Mother, Shirley, was terminally ill.

In 1989 Kathy opened her own office on Route 6 at Lake Wallenpaupack. Soon after she moved her office to Route 507--only a half mile from Route 6. Regular clients have seen Kathy’s children grow with the office as they have been brought up in the office.
Over the past 20+ years Kathy has proven to the region that she is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. Most every business in the area use or recommends Kathy’s License Service.
In 2009 Kathy opened her second location in Honesdale and is back home again at 1225 Main Street.
